Jennifer is a 1.5 latina who is currently pursuing her Master of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. She was born in guatemala and at the age of 9 her family moved to the US to be missionaries and work in planting churches to serve the Latino community. She received her BA in Social Work from Point Loma Nazarene University and served the North County San Diego region with her work in domestic violence, CPS, and mentally disabled adults. She has also served in youth and intercultural ministries in several Nazarene churches in California and Hawaii. She has been awarded her local preaching license at Hispanic Ministries at Pasadena First Church of the Nazarene, officially beginning her journey to become an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She can often be found singing in the car, painting, dancing salsa, cooking without recipes or traveling.
